Hoover G Force

Hoover G Force (formerly named G9) is a top CC&7 son retained for use in our herd. G Force was the 5th heaviest weaning weight bull calf of his crop at 810 lbs., wean ratio 125 against 163 contemporaries. He was the leading yearling weight bull at 1487 lbs., yearling ratio 125. G Force scanned a 4.81 IMF, ratio 100, and a whopping 15.9" ribeye, ratio 119. This boosted his Ribeye EPD way above the top 1% of the breed. G Force is one of the top 15 current sires of the breed for Ribeye EPD! He is one of the top $B sires in our herd sire line-up. Continuing the tradition of his popular sire, G Force has one of the highest Docility EPDs among current sires.

A full brother to G Force is Hoover Headliner, the top-selling bull in our 2011 auction selling to Select Sires for $30,000.

G Force's dam is a perfect-uddered Gridiron daughter that has achieved elite Pathfinder status with 5-99 BWR, 5-112 WR, 5-109 YR, 5-106 IMF ratio, 5-112 Ribeye ratio and a 359 day calving interval. This cow entered our donor program last spring, and embryos were sold in the 2011 National Western Female Sale. Full sibs to G Force and Headliner will be weaned in the fall of 2011. C109 ranks #6 in the Hoover cow herd for high ribeye ratios on her progeny. She scanned a 13.4" ribeye, ratio 114. C109 is also among the nation's top 200 dams of the breed for the $W index!

Hoover G Force is deep, thick, and has a little more frame than most CC&7 sons. His second set of calves will be weaned this fall. G Force is a bull to add lean red meat yield to his progeny, as evident by being one of the top 40 $YG Value bulls among all current Angus sires!
