Counselor was the $53,000 third top-selling bull in the 2011 Connealy Angus sale to ABS and Hoover Angus. A flush brother to Counselor sold the same day to Alta Genetics of Alberta for $36,000.

Counselor will be elite calving ease, high growth, and exceptional carcass quality. Counselor combined an impeccable set of EPDs and sought-after phenotype. He is extra long, has a big scrotal, clean sheath, and pounds to push the scales down. His donor dam records 3-116 WR and 3-114 YR on her natural calves. Counselor saw natural service at Hoover Angus in April and May of 2011, and his first calves are due in January 2012. Counselor is currently at ABS in Wisconsin.
